The MCA Department has been commissioned under the aegis of the Al-Ameen Educational Foundation - a movement dating back to 1996. MCA is a Post Graduate programme affiliated to the Bangalore University and approved by AICTE and Government of Karnataka. Its a is a 3 year programme spread over 6 semesters.

The mission of the MCA programme at Al-Ameen is to turn out MCA professionals who can contribute positively to Nation building, in general and to the demands of computer in particular.
